Music and Movement

In this fun and interactive class, students will learn simple music theory and how to keep time with steady beat and rhythm while working dynamics and technique. Students will enjoy learning new concepts through listening, moving, singing, game-playing, visuals, and imaginative play. Additionally, students will begin developing their speaking and singing voices and perform at the fall and spring Compass Family Nights. Content will be similar but song choices and activities will vary from year to year.
