Cooking, Advanced
Grades
7th-12th
This class will go beyond our traditional cooking class to allow more time to learn different techniques. Each week students will create a meal or a series of similar foods, learn how to pace the timing of the ingredients, and how to plate the meal in a way that is appealing and appetizing. And of course, they will also get to eat what they prepare. Students will have the opportunity to choose some of the items we prepare throughout the year.
