“One day, you will be old enough to start reading fairytales again”. If you are indeed old enough, step through the wardrobe with us and leave the ordinary world behind as we journey through The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis. Through stories, maps, and movie clips we will explore snowy forests, shining seas, hidden kingdoms, and unforgettable characters along the way.
Our time together will include group discussions, a variety of games inspired by the stories, and various hands-on creative projects that allow students to imagine, build, write, and reflect on the world of Narnia. As we read, we will also explore connections between Lewis’s stories and themes from the Bible—such as sacrifice, courage, forgiveness, and hope—through thoughtful, age-appropriate conversations; for “Wrong will be right, when Aslan comes in sight.”
