At Compass, we encourage our high school students to serve as student helpers in the classroom. This can give our older students great hands-on servant leadership expererience. The student assistants' roles will be to provide support to the teachers in the classroom. They can expect to help with managing classroom supplies, assisting in supervising children, answering questions, helping with activities, and ensuring kids stay engaged.
