Financial Literacy

This course will meet the Georgia Financial Literacy requirement for graduation. It can be counted on the high school transcript as a half credit in math, social studies, or electives. In this course we will cover introduction to personal finance, budgeting basics, saving money, credit and debt, consumer awareness, career readiness, college planning, financial services, the role of insurance, and income and taxes. There will be homework each week that must be completed to receive credit for this course.
