Alphabet Adventures

Alphabet Adventures is a hands-on, multi sensory class where children learn letter names and recognition, basic phonetic sounds and how to write each letter. This class is designed for both pre-readers and early readers. Each week we will have story time with books focused on a letter of the week followed by activities such as lively songs, alphabet crafts and adventurous games. Along with proper pencil grip, we will also learn to write letters in fun and sometimes messy ways using shaving cream, play dough, glitter glue, chalk, salt trays, sandpaper letters, bubble wrap, squishy bags and more! Once a month we will have a special show and tell time focusing on the letters learned during the month.
